Understanding the Call Log and Missed Calls on Yealink Phones

Yealink phones offer a convenient way to track and manage your communications through the call log feature. The History button allows users to view incoming, outgoing, and missed calls effortlessly. Here's how to access and use the call history and manage missed calls.

Accessing the Call Log

  1. Using the History Button:
    • On the home screen of your Yealink phone, press the History button located in the lower left corner.


  1. View Call Types:
    • Once in the History menu, you'll see different types of calls organized by:
      • All Calls: A comprehensive list of all calls, both incoming and outgoing.
      • Missed Calls: Displays calls that were not answered.
      • Received Calls: Shows all the calls you successfully answered.
      • Dialed Calls: A record of outgoing calls you made.

Managing Missed Calls

  • Viewing Missed Calls:
    • In the History menu, select Missed Calls to see who attempted to contact you.
  • Returning Missed Calls:
    • Highlight the missed call you want to return and press the Dial soft key or select the number to call them back instantly.

Additional Features

  • Call Log Limits: Yealink phones may store a limited number of call entries. Once this limit is reached, the oldest calls in the history are automatically removed to make space for new ones.

  • Notifications for Missed Calls: Yealink phones will notify you of missed calls on the main screen, ensuring you never miss important calls.

  • Clearing the Call Log: If you want to clear your history, navigate to the History menu, then select Clear to remove all entries from the list.
