When your phone displays 'Not Registered' (NR), it could indicate several issues:
Internet Connection Down:
- Troubleshoot: Check if all phones are affected. If so, contact your ISP to verify and resolve any internet connectivity issues. Once resolved, reboot the phone by unplugging and reconnecting the power.
Router Issues:
- Troubleshoot: If internet connectivity is confirmed, reboot your router by unplugging it, waiting 3 minutes, and then reconnecting it. Afterward, reboot the phone.
Phone Reboot Needed:
- Troubleshoot: Simply reboot the phone by unplugging and reconnecting the power.
Password Change in Web Portal:
- Troubleshoot: Reboot the phone after updating settings to ensure changes take effect.
Incorrect Ethernet Port:
- Troubleshoot: Ensure the ethernet cable is connected to the NAT port on your phone, not the PC port.
