Setting Up Call Forwarding on Yealink Phones

Call forwarding allows you to redirect incoming calls to another number when you're unavailable, busy, or unable to answer. On Yealink phones, this can be easily done using star codes.

Types of Call Forwarding

  1. Call Forward All: Redirects all incoming calls to another number.
  2. Call Forward on Busy: Forwards calls when your line is busy.
  3. Call Forward on No Answer: Forwards calls when you do not answer after a set number of rings.

Activating and Deactivating Call Forwarding

Call Forward All
  • To Activate Call Forward All:
    Dial *71 followed by the number to which you want the calls forwarded, then press Send.

  • To Deactivate Call Forward All:
    Dial *72, then press Send.

Call Forward on Busy
  • To Activate Call Forward on Busy:
    Dial *73 followed by the forwarding number, then press Send.

  • To Deactivate Call Forward on Busy:
    Dial *74, then press Send.

Call Forward on No Answer
  • To Activate Call Forward on No Answer:
    Dial *75 followed by the forwarding number, then press Send.

  • To Deactivate Call Forward on No Answer:
    Dial *76, then press Send.

Important Notes

  • Ensure you input the correct star codes for activation and deactivation to avoid errors.
  • Always double-check the number you are forwarding calls to, to ensure calls are routed correctly.
  • You can combine multiple types of call forwarding depending on your needs.
