Setting Up and Managing Call Queues

Call queues help manage incoming calls by placing them in a waiting line until an agent is available. They are essential for businesses with high call volumes.

For Standard Users:

Call queues are managed by Vantact at the system level, and users don't have the ability to create or modify them on their own.

For Advanced Users (Admin Access Required):

If you have admin access to the system and need to manage call queues directly, follow these steps:

  1. Log into the PBX system using your admin credentials.
  2. Navigate to the top left corner and select All Accounts -> Call Queues.
  3. You can create new call queues or modify existing ones by adjusting settings like agent availability, wait times, and queue limits.
