1. Retrieving a Parked Call
To retrieve a parked call, follow these steps:
Using the Park Orbit Button:
- Press the dedicated Park Orbit button on your Yealink phone that corresponds to the Park Orbit where the call was parked.

Using the Star Code:
- Alternatively, you can retrieve the parked call by dialing *86 followed by the Park Orbit number.
- For example, to retrieve a call parked in Park Orbit 101, you would dial *86101.
- Alternatively, you can retrieve the parked call by dialing *86 followed by the Park Orbit number.
2. Important Notes
- Ensure you know which Park Orbit the call was parked in before attempting to retrieve it.
- If multiple calls are parked in different Park Orbits, ensure you are retrieving the correct one to avoid confusion.
