Using the Phone Interface:
Enter the Settings Menu:
- Press the "Navigation" down button to enter the "Settings" menu (represented by a wrench icon).
Navigate to Configuration:
- Scroll down to "Configuration".
Confirm Configuration:
- Press the "Confirm" button.
Select Reset:
- Scroll down to "Reset".
- Press the "Confirm" button.
Initiate Reset:
- Press the button under "Reset" on the display.
PIN Entry (if required):
- If prompted for a PIN, request it from the support team (support@vantact.com).
Using the Keypad (For Firmware Version 8.7.3.7 or Later):
- Key Sequence for Reset:
- Press the following key sequence:
* Volume Up * Volume Down #
- Press the following key sequence:
Following these steps will reset your Snom 300, 320, 360, or 370 to factory settings, helping to resolve any configuration issues or prepare the phone for a new setup.
