Obtain Callback URI: Register your system's callback URI with Zoho. This URI is typically in the format:

yourdomainwith your actual Vantact Cloud PBX domain.Zoho Client ID and Client Secret: After registering your domain, Zoho will provide you with a Client ID and Client Secret.
Configure Vantact Cloud PBX
Log into Vantact Portal: Visit https://portal.vantact.com and log in with your credentials.
Navigate to CRM Settings:
- Click on the PHONE SYSTEM tab.
- Select Manage PBX.
- Go to Settings for your domain.
Enter Zoho Credentials:
- In the CRM section, select Zoho as the CRM.
- Enter the Client ID and Client Secret obtained from Zoho.
- Save the settings.
Obtain OAuth Token (Connecting to Zoho)
User Authorization:
- In the user portal of the PBX, under Settings, navigate to the CRM section.
- Choose Zoho as the CRM and click on Get Auth Code.
Authenticate with Zoho:
- A new window will open prompting you to enter your Zoho username and password.
- After authentication, grant permission for the Vantact Cloud PBX to integrate with Zoho by clicking Accept.
Confirmation:
- The pop-up window will close, and the button next to Get Auth Code should change from a red "x" to a green checkmark, indicating successful integration with Zoho CRM.
