Determine the Extent of the Problem
Common Symptoms: Cannot make calls, phones do not dial out, offline or exclamation mark icon on the phone screen.
Single Phone Issue:
1. Network Cable Connection:
- Ensure the Ethernet (network) cable is securely connected to the phone's LAN/Internet port.

- Confirm the phone is powered on. Check for activity on the display screen.

- The power supply is plugged into the outlet.

- Temporarily relocate the phone to a different location and switch cables with a working phone to rule out location-based issues.
If All Phones Are Offline:
1. Internet Connectivity:
- Check if other devices on your network have internet access.
- If not, restart your modem/router:
- Unplug it for 30 seconds and then plug it back in.
- Contact your Internet Service Provider (ISP) if the issue persists.
