This guide explains how to reset your Yealink phone to its factory settings and reload the original configuration.
Why Reset Your Phone?
Sometimes, your phone may need a reset to retrieve an updated configuration from Vantact's server or to resolve a technical issue. Follow the steps below to perform a factory reset on your Yealink phone.
Steps to Reset:
Hold the OK Button
Press and hold the OK button on your phone until you see the message: "Reset to factory setting?"
Confirm the Reset
Once the prompt appears, release the OK button and press the "OK" soft key to confirm.
Reboot and Reload Configuration
The phone will now reboot and load the original Vantact configuration.
Important Note:
Ensure the phone is connected to a working Internet connection during the reset process, as it needs to pull the configuration from Vantact’s server.
