Managing Multiple Calls on Yealink Phones

Handling multiple calls on a Yealink phone is simple and efficient, especially when multiple lines are assigned. Here’s how you can manage incoming calls smoothly:

Switching Between Calls:

  1. Receiving Additional Calls:

    • When you're on a call and a new one comes in, it will appear on the phone's screen.
    • To answer the new call, simply press the button for the corresponding line. The current call will automatically be placed on hold.


  2. Switching Between Calls:

    • Once you have multiple active calls, you can switch between them easily.
    • To switch to another call, just press the corresponding line button for the call you want to resume. This will place the current call on hold and activate the selected call.
  3. Managing Active Calls:

    • Each time you switch lines, the inactive call will automatically be placed on hold, ensuring smooth management of all conversations.

Whether you're managing two lines or handling multiple calls for a busy reception desk, this process allows you to effortlessly handle all calls without dropping any important conversations.
