Managing Multiple Calls on Grandstream Phones

Grandstream phones allow users to efficiently manage multiple calls, whether you need to answer a second call, switch between active calls, or handle calls on multiple lines.

Answering a Second Call

1. While on a call, if a second call comes in, you'll hear a call-waiting tone and see the incoming call on the screen.
2. To answer the second call:
   • Press the Answer soft key. This will automatically place the first call on hold.

Switching Between Calls

1. If you wish to return to the first call:
   • Use the Up/Down arrow keys to navigate to the call you want to switch to.
   • Press the Resume soft key to switch back to the first call.
   • The other call will automatically be placed on hold.

Initiating a New Call While on an Active Call

1. While on an active call, press the New Call soft key or another available Line button.
2. Dial the number for the new call and press Send.
   • Your first call will automatically be placed on hold.

Managing Multiple Lines

If your Grandstream phone is configured with multiple lines:

1. You can answer and manage calls on different lines using the Line keys.
2. Press the corresponding Line key to switch between active lines or to pick up a new call on a different line.
