How to upload logos on phone display

Logo uploading/changing can be applied on a per extension basis or on all accounts.

Logos are applied on a per device type basis and will only apply if the resolution of the image matches the device.

  1. Access the logo uploading screen:

    • Open your PBX management portal and navigate to Settings -> Logo -> Upload separate images





  2. Select the account(s) to be affected:

    • From the drop down menu next to Accounts you can select which extension(s) to apply the logo on 


    • Generally logos are desired on all accounts, however changes to specific extensions can also be applied


  3. Uploading the image / view the acceptable resolutions:

    • From the drop down menu next to Image you can view the accepted image resolutions and their respective phone brand


    • Select the one that matches the device


    • Next to File there is an option to Choose File, upon clicking Choose File upload your desired logo


    • Upon successful upload, the preview will now be updated


    • Note that even if an image with a resolution different from the one you specified earlier is upload it will still show in the preview


    • Ensure your specified image size matches your uploaded file, otherwise the logo may not be displayed

  4. Save changes and verify the upload:

    • Once you are satisfied with your preview the image can be uploaded as the logo by clicking the save button in the bottom left


    • Upon a successful save, a green checkmark will be displayed next to the save button


    • The last step is to now verify on the phone if the logo has been applied to the screen
    • Changes should apply instantly, however a reprovision or reboot may be required
    • If even after a reboot or reprovision the logo does not appear the issue is most likely a image resolution mismatch
    • Ensure the phone model and resolution matches the uploaded image
