Below is a guide to help you set up Linphone Softphone specifically for use with Vantact's PBX.
Download the Linphone Softphone Application:

Retrieve Your Credentials:
- Contact support@Vantact.ca to request your login credentials. These credentials are necessary to configure the Linphone Softphone with your Vantact PBX.
Configure Linphone Softphone:
- Once you have downloaded and installed the Linphone Softphone app, open it on your smartphone.
- Navigate to the settings or preferences section of the app where you can add a new account.
Enter Account Information:
- Follow these steps to enter your Vantact PBX account details:
- Domain/Server: Enter your PBX domain or server address provided by Vantact.
- Username: Your extension/account username.
- Password: Your PBX portal password (not your SIP registration password).
- Display Name: Your extension/account name.
- SIP Server: Check with Vantact support if required.
- Outbound Proxy: Check with Vantact support if required.
- Transport: Typically set to Auto or UDP.
