Parking a call allows you to place it on hold in a designated "parking" location, or "Park Orbit," so that another user can retrieve it from any phone within the system. Here’s how to park a call using Yealink phones.
1. Parking a Call
To park a call on a Yealink phone, you have two options:
Using the Park Button:
- While on a call, press the Park button associated with the specific Park Orbit you wish to use.
- Each Park Orbit is typically set up with a dedicated button on your Yealink phone for quick access.

Using the Star Code:
- While on a call, you can also park it by dialing *85 followed by the Park Orbit number.
- For example, if you want to park the call in Park Orbit 101, you would dial *85101.
- While on a call, you can also park it by dialing *85 followed by the Park Orbit number.
2. Important Notes
- Ensure that your phone is set up with buttons for each Park Orbit to simplify the parking process.
- If you're unsure of the Park Orbit numbers or the configuration of your phone, consult your system administrator or refer to your company's documentation.
