How to Disable or Enable Caller ID (Private Number)

If you need to hide or show your caller ID when making calls, you can easily do so using the following steps:

Disabling Caller ID (Hide Your Number)

1. Dial *67 on Your Deskphone:

   • This will hide your caller ID name and number for all outgoing calls.
   • Your number will appear as "Private" or "Unknown" to the recipient.

2. Note:

   • This setting will remain active on your deskphone until you enable caller ID again.

Enabling Caller ID (Show Your Number)

1. Dial *68 on Your Deskphone:
   • This will show your caller ID name and number for all outgoing calls.
