To activate Do Not Disturb (DND) on your softphone app, follow these steps:
Open the VANTACT Softphone App:
- Launch the VANTACT softphone application on your device.
Access DND Settings:
- Locate and click on the VANTACT logo or menu icon within the app.
Enable Do Not Disturb:
- Look for the DND option or slider within the app settings.
- Drag the slider to the "on" position to enable DND. This action indicates that you will not receive incoming calls while DND is active.
Disable Do Not Disturb:
- To disable DND and resume receiving calls, simply drag the slider back to the "off" position.
Note: Activating DND prevents incoming calls from ringing through to your device.
