Do Not Disturb (DND) is a useful feature that allows you to temporarily silence incoming calls on your Grandstream phone. This can be beneficial during meetings or times when you do not wish to be interrupted.
1. Enabling Do Not Disturb
To enable DND on your Grandstream phone, you have two options:
Using the DND Button:
- Simply press the DND button on your phone. This will activate the DND feature, and incoming calls will be silenced.
Using Star Codes:
- Alternatively, you can enable DND by dialing *78 on your phone.
2. Disabling Do Not Disturb
When you're ready to receive calls again, you can disable DND using the following methods:
Using the DND Button:
- Press the DND button again to deactivate the feature.
Using Star Codes:
- You can also disable DND by dialing *79.
