Customizing your ringtone can enhance your phone experience, allowing you to personalize your notifications. Below are the instructions for customizing ringtones on both Yealink and Grandstream phones.
For Yealink Phones
Access the Menu: Press the Menu soft key while your phone is idle.
Navigate to Sound Settings:
- Select Settings (3).
- Go to Basic Settings (1).
- Choose Sound (4).
- Then select Ring Tones (1).
- Finally, choose Common (1).
Select Your Ringtone: Browse through the available ringtones and select the one you want to use.
Save Your Selection: After choosing your preferred ringtone, make sure to save your settings.
For Grandstream Phones
Access the Menu: Press the Menu button on your phone.
Navigate to Sound Settings:
- Select Settings.
- Go to Preferences.
- Choose Ringtones.
Select Your Ringtone: Browse through the list of available ringtones and choose the one you wish to set.
Save Your Selection: Confirm your choice to save the new ringtone.
