Connecting Your Headset (Yealink)

To begin, assemble and charge your headset before using it for the first time. For an initial setup guide, refer to the provided video link.

Once the headset is charged, ensure that the USB cables are correctly connected between the headset's base unit and your phone. You can either refer to the guide included in the headset packaging or follow the instructions provided here.

Keep in mind that the connection process may differ slightly depending on your specific headset and phone models. If you are connecting to a computer, use the "PC" labeled port on the base, but if you're connecting to a Yealink phone, use the other port to connect to the USB slot located at the back of the phone.

For additional assistance with connecting your headset, refer to the relevant Yealink videos.

WH6X Series Headsets

Please note that not all models in the WH6X series support Bluetooth. If your model doesn't, ensure you use the included USB cables for the connection.

Certain Yealink phone models, like the T3 series, may require an additional adapter (such as the Yealink EHS35) to connect to USB headsets. If you are using this combination, you will need a specific firmware version. Contact Yealink support for assistance in upgrading the phone firmware.

Once your headset is connected, make sure it's enabled on the phone by pressing the designated headset button.
