How to Request Call Recording
Contact Support: To enable or disable call recording, reach out to support by:
- Sending an email to support@vantact.com.
- Calling (416) 342-1690, and selecting option 2 for support.
Provide Necessary Details: When contacting support, please include:
- Your account information.
- Specific instructions on whether you want to enable or disable call recording.

- Once enabled, users will be notified on how to access recorded calls.
