The Call Forward on Busy feature allows users to forward incoming calls to another number when their extension is busy. This ensures that all incoming calls are answered, even if the primary extension is occupied. This feature is particularly useful for redirecting calls to a team member or colleague.
How to Activate Call Forward on Busy:
- Dial *73 and press the confirm button on the telephone keypad.
- Enter the call forwarding number when prompted.
- Press the pound key (#). The system will repeat the number and then disconnect. If you need to change the forwarding number, simply dial *73 again and follow the prompts.
How to Deactivate Call Forward on Busy:
- Dial *74.
- The announcement will indicate that call forwarding has been turned off.

- Users can activate or modify this setting without physical access to their phone. This setting can also be managed from the Redirection settings in the web interface.
