The Call Forward All feature (*71) allows users to redirect all incoming calls to another number, such as a colleague's phone, ensuring that calls are never missed even when you are unavailable.
Activating Call Forward All
- *Dial 71: On your phone keypad, dial *71 and press the confirm button.
- Enter Forwarding Number: Once the announcement is complete, enter the number to which you want to forward your calls.
- Confirm: Press the # key. The system will repeat the forwarding number and then disconnect.
If you need to change the forwarding number, simply repeat the process by dialing *71 again.
Deactivating Call Forward All
- *Dial 72: On your phone keypad, dial *72.
- Confirm Deactivation: Press the * key when prompted. The announcement will confirm that call forwarding has been turned off.
Additional Options
- Remote Access: You do not need physical access to your phone to modify this setting. You can also activate or deactivate call forwarding from the Redirection settings in the web interface.
