Accessing Call History on Yealink and Grandstream Phones

Keeping track of your call history can help you manage your communications more effectively. Below are the instructions for accessing call history on both Yealink and Grandstream phones.

For Yealink Phones

  1. Access the History Menu:

    • Simply press the History button located on the lower left corner of the screen when your phone is idle.


  1. View Call Types: You will see a list of call types, such as:

    • All Calls: Displays all incoming, outgoing, and missed calls.
    • Missed Calls: Shows only the calls you missed.
    • Received Calls: Lists calls that were answered.
    • Dialed Calls: Displays all outgoing calls.
  2. Select a Call: Use the navigation keys to scroll through the list and select a call for more details, such as the date, time, and duration.

For Grandstream Phones

  1. Access the History: Press the History button on your phone.



  1. View Call Types: You will see various options similar to Yealink, including:

    • All Calls: A comprehensive list of all call activities.
    • Missed Calls: Only shows calls that were not answered.
    • Received Calls: Lists calls that were successfully received.
    • Dialed Calls: Displays all numbers you have dialed.
  2. Select a Call: Use the arrow keys to navigate through the entries. Select a call to view additional details.

Important Notes

  • The call history may be limited to a certain number of entries based on your phone model.
  • If you need to clear your call history, refer to the specific instructions for your phone model or contact support for assistance.
