Easy Registration for Yealink Handsets (W53H, W56H, W59R) to Yealink Base (W60B, W80B)

1. Prompt from Handset:

   • When the handset LCD screen prompts “Press base paging 2s then press Reg.”, proceed to the next step.

2. Press Wireless Button on Base Station:

   • Long-press the Wireless button on the base station until the registration LED flashes.

3. Register via Handset:

   • Press the Reg soft key on the handset to register quickly.

Normal Registration for Yealink Handsets (W53H, W56H, W59R) to Yealink Base (W60B, W80B)

1. Prompt from Handset:

   • When the handset LCD screen prompts “Press base paging 2s then press Reg.”, proceed to the next step.

2. Press Wireless Button on Base Station:

   • Long-press the Wireless button on the base station until the registration LED flashes.

3. Access Registration Menu on Handset:

   • Press the OK soft key on the handset.
   • Select Register Handset.

4. Select Desired Base:

   • Choose the desired base and then press the OK soft key. The handset begins searching for the base.

5. Complete Registration:

   • Press the OK soft key after the base has been found.
   • Enter the base PIN (default: 0000), and then press the Done soft key to complete the registration.

Additional Note for Registering Multiple Handsets

• Access Registration via Main Menu:
  • You can also press the OK key to enter the main menu, then select Settings > Registration > Register Handset, and repeat steps 2-5 to register multiple handsets to the base station.

After Successful Registration

• Successful Registration:

  • The handset LCD screen will prompt “Handset Subscribed” and display “Base NO.” along with the last 4 characters of the connected base’s MAC address.

• Unsuccessful Registration:

  • If the handset LCD screen prompts “Searching for Base,” check if your base station is powered on and try the registration process again.
