Increase ring duration of the Vantact Desktop app on Windows 10

The default ring duration is set by the Windows operating system. In order to increase the duration in the My Calls and the notification follow these steps: Click the Start button Type directly in the search bar "Ease of Access Display Settings" Click on Ease of Access Display Settings icon. Scroll down to Show notification for: Select your prefered priority. 30 seconds or more is recommended. | |
