Reset Snom 320 / 360 / 370 to Factory Defaults

If you need to reset your phone to factory settings, please follow this procedure:

  1. Press "Settings" [Screw driver] button to enter the "Settings" menu.
  2. Scroll down to "Configuration".
  3. Press "Confirm" button.
  4. Scroll down to "Reset".
  5. Press "Confirm" button.
  6. Press button under "Reset" on display.
  7. Enter the administrator password then press "Confirm" button.
